FREE Energy Health Exercises Facilitated by Dr. Debra Greene.
The following exercises are from my book, Endless Energy: The Essential Guide to Energy Health. I recorded them from my office on Maui. If you listen carefully you can hear geckos and birds! These exercises are offered here in the spirit of service. In the exercises I use the word inergy to denote nonphysical, subtle energies that are laced with information and accessed inside of you (information + inside + energy = inergy). Although the exercises are best understood within the context of my book, you can greatly improve your energy health by simply practicing the exercises. Each exercise serves a specific purpose. Briefly, these are:
- Sensing
