The following exercises are from my book, Endless Energy: The Essential Guide to Energy Health. I recorded them from my office on Maui. If you listen carefully you can hear geckos and birds in the background! These exercises are offered here in the spirit of service. In the exercises I use the word inergy to denote nonphysical, subtle energies that are laced with information and accessed inside of you (information + inside + energy = inergy). Although the exercises are best understood within the context of my book, you can greatly improve your energy health by simply practicing them. Each exercise serves a specific purpose. Briefly, these are:
- Sensing
